Binge Drinking and High School

A slew of new reports says underage and binge drinking have "reached epidemic proportions in America." A Centers for Disease Control and Prevention study found that almost a third (31 %) of high schoolers binge drink at least once a month.  Source: Group Magazine, May 6, 2002.
